What is FoodMingo?
FoodMingo is an online portal aimed to provide one-stop one-click solution to all restaurant needs of its customers. FoodMingo offers services that include food delivery, take-away, table and banquet booking from 100s of premium Hyderabad restaurants serving various cuisines and delicacies. We strive to secure the best deals for our customers from all the partner restaurants.
How does FoodMingo work?
Enter your area, restaurant name or menu item & choose from choice of restaurants available for you. You can choose either food order or table booking as required. Build you order and apply deals & offers as applicable. Enter your details and FoodMingo will do the rest of the work for you!
What kind of restaurant do you have under your services?
We have a wide variety of restaurant selections offering various cuisines such as, Hyderabadi, Mughlai, Chinese, Indian, Italian, Thai, Greek, Bangladeshi, Turkish, French and many more.
Can I order beverages?
Yes of course! You can check the online menus under the respective restaurants for their beverage list.
How do I know if my order got through?
You will receive a confirmation email and SMS from us, stating that your order has been confirmed by the restaurant.
Can I choose items from multiple restaurants in a single order?
You can order from more than one restaurant but unfortunately you are unable to combine the items from multiple restaurants in a single order. You will require to separate orders for each restaurant.
Can we customize our order and not strictly based on menu?
Yes, you can add special instructions for each item that you have ordered and we will convey the details to the restaurants. For example, you can put 'Extra Spicy' or 'I don’t want onions'.
What is your price range like?
The cost of your meal depends on the number of items that you have ordered. We have restaurants for everyone, so just browse and we are sure you will find the restaurant that suits your needs.
Are there any extra delivery charges? If yes, how much are the charges?
This will depend on the distance between the delivery address and the restaurant. Usually, the restaurant delivers food for free to nearby areas. The delivery charges will be displayed before order confirmation.
Is your site secure? How can I be sure?
Our website is secure and uses the latest technology to encrypt your information. We never hold any credit card information in our system and we ensure that every order goes out to the restaurant correctly so, no fear, we will take good care of your details.
What are your payment methods?
We accept both Cash on Delivery and online payments. We are working on other payment methods to make online food ordering as convenient as possible.
How long will the delivery take?
Usually we deliver the food in less than 1 hour but it does depend on the number of items and the distance from the restaurant to your delivery address. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a SMS and email confirmation. We recommend you to order food well in advance and mention the time when you want the order to be delivered.
If the delivery is late, do I get some discount?
FoodMingo is only responsible for forwarding the orders to the restaurants and has no control over the actual delivery. However we will do all we can to help you; please email us at

How do I cancel my order?
Yes you cancel the order any time before you have received the order confirmation email. Once the restaurant has confirmed your order, it will depend on the restaurant but give us a call at

How do I make changes to my order?

) and we can change your order for you. However if the food has been prepared or the delivery has been dispatched already, we will be unable to make the changes to your order.
How many email or SMS will I receive? Why I have received multiple SMS or emails?
We keep order processing transparent to our customers by communicating every stage of the order processing. There are 4 steps involved:
Step 1: Placing an Order
Step 2: Order Confirmation by restaurant
Step 3: Delivery of the Order
Step 4: Completion of the Order
Why did I not receive email or SMS pertaining to order processing?
There might be unforeseen but very rare instance when we may have a problem with the system and you may not receive email or SMS for order processing. Most often in this case, the order has gone through and it is just a problem with the system. However we recommend contacting us if you don’t receive any confirmation within 15 mins so we can check your order and confirm the details. You can contact us at
What if the delivered items are not as ordered?
There may be times when a mistake has been made and items that are delivered are not as per your order. We recommend that you should go through your delivery with the driver to confirm the correct items have been delivered. If something is missing or incorrect, please contact us at

What if the delivered food quality is unacceptable? How do I get a refund?
FoodMingo facilitates the food delivery, take-away, table and banquet booking online but we are not responsible for the preparation/cooking/delivery of the food. If you're unhappy with the quality of the food, please contact us at

How do I provide feedback?

How do I sign up for a FoodMingo account?
Click on the Register button which is located on the top right hand side of the home page. Fill in your details as requested before clicking ‘Register’. Registration should now be completed and you should receive a confirmation email to the registered email address.
Is there a membership fee when I sign up for a FoodMingo account?
There is no membership fee.

What if I'm not at home when the delivery man comes by? Will they redeliver?
You will receive a confirmation email and a SMS from us, stating the delivery time of your order so please arrange for someone to be home before 15 mins when the delivery is expected. Unfortunately, redelivery is not possible.
What are FoodMingo Reward (FMR) points?
FoodMingo is offering loyalty rewards (aka. FMR) to its customers for every food order (delivery/take- out) and table booking. FMR points will be offered only to registered customers.
How can I redeem FoodMingo Reward (FMR) points?
Once you have collected FMR points greater or equal to minimum redemption level (1000 points), you can redeem these points for cash discounts on all your online orders using online payment.
How many points FoodMingo Reward (FMR) points are credited to my account?
You will receive 1 FMR point for every 10 Rs spent on your online order or table booking. For example, 1000 Rs order will earn you 100 FMR points. You can redeem FMR points on the Checkout page.
How much cash discount will I get on my order for each FoodMingo Reward (FMR) points?
You will receive a cash discount of 10 Rs for every 100 FMR points redeemed. We will be introducing more rewards for FMR points soon.
How will I earn FoodMingo Reward (FMR) from deals and promotions?
If a deal mentions “Earn FoodMingo Rewards”, you will earn extra FMR points for each Rs spent on your food order or table booking. Typically, you will receive 10 times more FMR points if there is deal offered and you use it.
Online Refund/Cancellation Policy
You must call to our orderline to cancel and request to refund of your online payments four hours prior to your scheduled order delivery or pick-up time or before you receive the order confirmation email.
Your cancellation is subject to verification and FoodMingo reserves all rights to decide whether or not the refund reason is sensible. FoodMingo "may or may not" charge a small processing fee (1 to 5%).
The refundable amount will be credited back usually within 48 – 72 hours (depending on your bank,) after submission of your request.
